Our Services
D.O.T. Physical Exams
Our National Registry Certified Medical Examiners are trained and equipped to ensure you meet all the requirements as set forth by the FMCSA as well as various state requirements. Exam cost is $125, payable by credit, debit or cash.
Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Once you qualify, a Medical Certificate is uploaded to FMCSA the same day as your appointment & made available to State Licensing Departments for updating in each state’s system. Paper versions of Medical Certificates provided upon completion of exam and are included with the exam fee.
